Is the item definitely in the shop?

Not necessarily. A listing says what a shop sells, not what is on the shelf today. Use the Call or WhatsApp links on the shop's page to check before you go.

How do I list my shop?

Create a shop account, add your address, then type what you sell, separated by commas. Prices, photos, and barcodes are optional and can be added later. It is free.

Something in a listing is wrong

Open the product's page and use Report, under the reviews. We check every report.

A review breaks the rules

Use Report under the review. We remove reviews that are abusive or not genuine.

How do I delete my account?

On the account deletion page, signed in with the account you want to delete.
